Why does this site exist?

I assumed a VA loan through Rocket Mortgage and still can’t reach a human in servicing. I was able to create a login for the prior servicer’s system and see the previous borrower’s personal information (including partial SSN, tax docs, and even their linked USAA account) but I still don’t have access to my own loan or a way to make payments.

I’ve reported this multiple times with no resolution. With a payment due April 1, 2026, this is my last resort.
